We would like to congratulate Finley, William, Sophie and Lily from Year 9 who won the Foundation Class Best Portfolio and Winning Team Awards. Congratulations also to William, Charlie, Joudi and Summer from Year 10 who won the Intermediate Class Best Portfolio and Winning Team Awards.
This is a recognised STEM event bringing together student teams from local schools and colleges each aiming to find the best solution to a technological problem. Teams need to have good communication skills, be well organised and able to show the stages of development of their task in a design portfolio. Each team’s solution as a working model is competitively tested and assessed by a team of judges.
